Hampton Inn Dry Ridge, Dry Ridge

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the Ark Encounter, which was great for our visit. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a lovely selection of options. However, the rooms lacked a thermostat, which made it a bit challenging to keep cool, and there was a strong cleaner smell. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was positive.

My stay at the hotel was overall positive. The room was nice and mostly very clean, although the bathroom could have been tidier. The staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The location was convenient for my plans, being close to the Ark Encounter. The dining options were acceptable, but there were some limitations. The facilities met my needs, and I enjoyed my stay despite a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for myself and my friends. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. However, it would have been nicer if our rooms were side by side when we arrived around 10:30 pm, especially as a Diamond member who needed a room suddenly.
